Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received

  • Used containers sold “as is”

  • Containers or equipment that have been altered, installed, or used after delivery

  • Rental containers once the rental period has begun

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Atlascontainers.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected

  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5–10 business days after inspection

Shipping costs, handling fees, and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Once an order has entered processing, manufacturing, or shipment, cancellation may not be possible

  • Custom or modified container orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

Any approved cancellation may be subject to administrative or restocking fees.


Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability and condition.


International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees
