Order Cancellation Eligibility

The cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped
The order does not involve custom-built, modified, or made-to-order containers that have already entered production
Once an order has moved into processing, manufacturing, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please:
Contact Atlascontainers as soon as possible
Provide your order number and contact details
Submit your cancellation request via email or phone
Cancellation requests are handled during normal business hours and must be confirmed in writing by Atlascontainers to be considered valid.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled once confirmed:
Custom-built or modified containers
Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched
Rental containers once the rental period has begun
These limitations are due to the logistical and production requirements of heavy-duty container solutions.
Cancellation Fees
Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative, processing, or restocking fees
Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before the cancellation is finalized
Refunds After Cancellation
If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible
Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
Refund processing times typically range from 5–10 business days after approval.
Orders Not Received or Delayed
