Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
The request is made within 14 days of delivery
The item is unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received
The item is returned with all original documentation (if applicable)
Due to the nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return. Eligibility depends on product type and condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-built or modified containers
Used containers sold “as is”
Containers or equipment that have been altered, installed, or used after delivery
Rental containers once the rental period has begun
These exclusions are in place due to the specialized and heavy-duty nature of our products.
Return Process
To request a return:
Contact Atlascontainers within 14 days of delivery
Provide your order number and reason for return
Await written approval and return instructions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Atlascontainers.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible
Processing time for refunds is typically 5–10 business days after inspection
Shipping costs, handling fees, and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Inspect the item immediately upon delivery
Report the issue to Atlascontainers within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos and supporting details
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment by contacting Atlascontainers
Once an order has entered processing, manufacturing, or shipment, cancellation may not be possible
Custom or modified container orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
Any approved cancellation may be subject to administrative or restocking fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability and condition.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Customs duties, taxes, and fees
International shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Atlascontainers’ error.
